Soy Profesor Contratado Doctor del\u00a0Departamento de Lengua Espa\u00f1ola<\/a>\u00a0de la\u00a0Universidad de Granada<\/a>. Me licenci\u00e9 en Filolog\u00eda Hisp\u00e1nica en la Universidad de Vigo (2002) y me doctor\u00e9 en Ling\u00fc\u00edstica en esta misma universidad (2011).

Desde 2002 hasta 2011 fui investigador del proyecto \u00abADESSE. Alternancias de Di\u00e1tesis y Esquemas Sint\u00e1ctico-Sem\u00e1nticos del Espa\u00f1ol<\/a>\u00bb<\/strong>, una base de datos con informaci\u00f3n sint\u00e1ctica y sem\u00e1ntica para todos los verbos y cl\u00e1usulas de un corpus del espa\u00f1ol. En 2006 obtuve una ayuda predoctoral de Formaci\u00f3n de Personal Investigador (FPI). He realizado estancias de investigaci\u00f3n predoctoral en las universidades de Aarhus (2007), Berkeley (2009) y Leipzig (2010).

Desde 2012 hasta\u00a0 2017 fui investigador del proyecto europeo \u00abPost Scriptum: A Digital Archive of Ordinary Writing\u00bb.\u00a0Post Scriptum\u00a0<\/a>re\u00fane una amplia colecci\u00f3n de cartas privadas escritas en espa\u00f1ol y portugu\u00e9s durante la Edad Moderna y las ofrece en dos formatos preparados para la b\u00fasqueda: el de la edici\u00f3n cr\u00edtica digital y el del corpus ling\u00fc\u00edsticamente anotado.

Desde 2018 formo parte del\u00a0Grupo de Investigaciones Hist\u00f3rico-Ling\u00fc\u00edsticas y Dialectales (HUM-278)<\/a>\u00a0de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda, que investiga la herencia ling\u00fc\u00edstico-cultural del espa\u00f1ol y la recuperaci\u00f3n del patrimonio documental archiv\u00edstico en el \u00e1mbito de las humanidades digitales. Actualmente, soy investigador del proyecto \u00abSYNAPSE: Syntactic Atlas of Portuguese Dialects<\/a>\u00bb<\/strong>, financiado por la Funda\u00e7\u00e3o para a Ci\u00eancia e a Tecnologia.
